Morning Routine:

Cleanse your skin with Gel cleanser.
Apply Vitamin C Serum to damp skin.
Allow a moment or two for the serum to absorb, then apply Hyaluronic Acid Serum.
After both serums have fully absorbed, always use a broad-spectrum SPF of 30 or higher before applying makeup.

Evening Routine:

Cleanse your skin with Gel cleanser.
Apply Niacinamide Serum.
After a few moments, use Retinol Serum and gently tap it in until absorbed.
Allow a moment or two for the serum to absorb, then apply Hyaluronic Acid Serum.

Eye Care:
You can use eye cream both in the morning and at night.


Important Notes:
The Retinol serum is for evening use only.
If the Repair serum initially causes dryness, use it only 2-3 days a week and gradually increase to daily use as your skin adapts.
On days you use this product, always apply a broad-spectrum SPF of 30 or higher before starting your makeup routine, and for several days after discontinuing use.

Caution:
Do not mix AHA/BHA with Retinol or Vitamin C. AHA/BHA serums can be used once or twice a week during nighttime, followed by Hyaluronic Acid serum.

Patch Testing: When adding new products to your skincare routine, we always recommend patch testing. For serums and creams, apply a small amount of the product on dry cleansed skin behind the ear or on your inner arm. Wait at least 24 hours to see if any irritation occurs. If you notice any irritation such as redness, itchiness or burning, rinse off and discontinue use. Introduce new products slowly, and one at a time, so that you can easily identify any sources of irritation.

We offer FREE Shipping on all Orders. Standard Tracked AU & NZ Shipping via NZPOST. FREE DHL Express Delivery on all AU orders above $100 

Processing & Delivery Time:

All orders take 24-48 hours to process (Monday – Friday), and between 1-3 working days to deliver in NZ .

Standard AU Shipping orders will take 3-8 days to deliver once shipped. All standard shipments are with NZ Post, and all come with tracking. DHL Express AU Delivery (1-2 days) All orders will be shipped from our Christchurch warehouse within 2 business days.

Worldwide shipping is free and DHL Express is available. Timeframes varies from 6- 12 days and an estimated time can be calculated during checkout.
