Standard Tracked AU & NZ Shipping via NZPOST. 

FREE DHL Express Delivery on all orders above $100 

Processing & Delivery: All orders take 24-48 hours to process (Monday – Friday), and between 1-2 working days to deliver in NZ . Standard AU orders will take 3-8 days to deliver once shipped.  DHL Express will take 1-2 days to deliver to AU. All standard shipments are with NZ Post, and all come with tracking. All orders will be shipped from our warehouse within 2 business days. We aim to deliver international orders within 6-12 business days to all metro areas. Rural deliveries may take an additional 1-2 days. This transit time is an estimate only and may be extended by many factors beyond our control, such as Customs & Quarantine processing requirements, flight schedules, etc.  
 
Customs Tariffs: The delivery cost does not include any applicable duty or customs tariffs that may be levied upon importation. These charges must be paid by the consignee. Orders to New Zealand, Australia, and the United Kingdom will not incur import or customs duties. However, for all other countries, the destination country may impose import or customs duties (including GST and VAT) upon arrival of the order, and it is the responsibility of the individual placing the order to cover these charges. We will not provide a refund for your order if you choose not to pay the import or customs duty. Customs duties and regulations differ from country to country, so we recommend referring to the link here -   to understand the thresholds applicable in your country. Additionally, these customs procedures may affect the delivery timeline.
 
Customs Declaration: A customs declaration must accompany all international shipments. We are required to state the value of the goods to customs. This will be as per the order value of the sale from your consultant to you, which is generally 30% less than retail. Note: Due to customs regulations and circumstances beyond our control, in some countries products may be undeliverable.
